The Figtree Getaway Story
In 2012 Christopher and Melody lee Hayden and youngest child son Jordon was 12,were looking for the perfect place to call thier new home.
Not expecting to start a new business as they were both so busy with thier careers and family life.
Melody lee is a designer and singer/songwriter and Christopher working full time as a Business manager werent looking to add more to the workload but instead slow down a little and relax into country living.
It was love at first site when they saw the river although the property and house were in a bad state of repair with most having to be started again from stratch it was a labour of love for designer Melody lee and a project that spanned over the next 8 years till they created the finished product today that is now Known as The Award winning Figtree Getaway.
Set on 2 1/2 acres of rainforrest right on the Johnston river with endless wildlife and tracks to explore, organic garden produce for the guests to enjoy and stunning designer private accomodations to stay in Figtree Getaway's truly is a special place that surpasses all expectations with luxury airconditioned 5 star cabins and all inclusive stays with champange on arrival figtree is sure to please all who stay here...
